If you want to know whether you're banned or not, then you should just try to join.
If you are banned, then do what Alexius suggested. Write a Ticket under the header 'Support' and direct it to the Moderators.
Should you be not banned, then there shouldnt be a problem. As long as you can prove you are not hacking that is. When you got like 100 CPS it would be wise of you to be able to prove you are legit.
